So it arrived in the post. This understated brown krafty envelope. Ahh.. I love packaging! I took the time to inhale the paper before putting it before me neatly and stared at its simple form, looking brightly at the perforated lines. I finally tore it. Slowly of course. Hear the soft ‘tip-tip’ as I pulled all the way to the end. The package is finally open. The end.
LOL! Yes, that’s how I can get with packages and stationeries and and.. hmm.. maybe its some kind of sickness?! A lovely sickness that is *grins*
Anyway, I love Sticky9. Have I already said that? They print all your photos onto useful products that you can gift to friends. Very personalised. And the real purpose of doing this post, was I wanted to SHOUT OUT about their customer service.

So I ordered the square cards and the 9 piece magnet. It was meant as a gift to the lovely people I travelled with on my Karajini escapade. The package came and I saw the magnet. There was a manufacturer default with the way it was sliced. The borders around each picture was not equivalent. Ehem.. me being just ‘slightly’ particular, decided to write a feedback note to them. And I did not expect anything in return. Well maybe its cos I’m so used to sucky customer service. How many times do suppliers actually want to do something about the products they’ve already produced? But I wrote that note because I thought it will keep them mindful of the quality of their products. And I was disappointed that I didn’t want to gift the magnet after all because its just not the way I want it. So the lesson to learn for me here is, to always consider every feedback carefully no matter how unpleasant it is.
What they did next was really just awesomeness for me. I received an email a few days later saying that I’ve just placed an order for a set of square cards and a magnet. AGAIN. The thoughts that ran through my head was, “Please don’t let this be another online glitch where they repeat my orders and charge my credit card twice! And I will have to email them again to rectify this!!”.
I sent them an email to clarify. The sweetest answer was, they wanted their customers to be happy so they have re-ordered everything that I ordered before. Even though it was only my magnets that was affected! It’s SO SUPER of them, isn’t it!!! OMG. Blown away.
And so the magnet & cards came, all looking good. I’m just.. WOW.
